Terms of Service

1. Reading is free; copying has limits

Everything here is free to read and share with attribution and a link. Republishing full essays, chapters, or transcripts elsewhere — or training datasets included — requires written permission via the contact page.

2. Advice, not advice

Books, posts, and episodes share what worked for Elias and his guests — on business, health, and learning. They aren't medical, legal, or financial advice for you. Check with a qualified professional before acting, especially on anything involving your body or your money.

3. Buying books

“Buy” buttons lead to independent bookstores (Amazon, Bookshop.org, and others). Your purchase is governed by that retailer's terms. This site participates in affiliate programmes: some bookstore links may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

4. Comments and corrections

Corrections with evidence are welcome and credited. Spam, abuse, and bad-faith nitpicking are removed. Verified errors are fixed in the article and in the next reprint.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated as the site grows; the date above always shows the latest version. Questions? Get in touch.
